Just wanted to share with you a short video I published on a pet hate of mine – people being on their laptops, phones or tablets at meetings!
It is a growing epidemic – and I use that word carefully! It is causing inefficiency because not everyone is paying attention, it is making meetings drag on because of its inefficiency and is downright rude to those who are actively engaged in the meeting.

A manager client of mine recently has set an performance management objective under his team well being catergory banning technology from meetings . The only laptop allowed is for powerpoInt presentations ! I keep you posted now his progress.
